Embarq creative a leading provider in the promotional products industry, is seeking an experienced Account Executive/Relationship manager to oversee and grow one of our premier Fortune 500 accounts. This is a key role where your proactive approach and exceptional customer service skills will drive success for both our client and our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a major Fortune 500 client, managing all aspects of their promotional products needs from ideation to delivery.
Develop and execute creative promotional strategies tailored to client's branding and marketing goals.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and innovate product solutions that enhance client campaigns.
Monitor account performances, provide regular reports, and foster long term partnerships through outstanding communication and relationship-building.

3+ years of experience in account management, marketing or related B2B industries.
3+years working directly in promotional products/ASI industry
Familiar with CRM tools and promotional product trends a plus.
