As our brand continues to grow, we’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to elevate our visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.

 

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Marketing Specialist to lead both digital and offline marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be experienced in social media management, video production, website updates, vendor collaboration, and lead generation strategies. This is a hands-on role with plenty of creative freedom and real impact on business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media:

  • Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and post consistent, high-quality content
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar
  • Interact with followers to boost engagement and brand awareness
  • Create and edit video content showcasing services, vehicles, and shop culture
  • Operate various types of cameras and drones for high-quality media capture

 

Website Management:

  • Update and maintain company website with current promotions, photos, services, and contact information
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and reflects the brand’s identity
  • Coordinate with developers or platforms as needed to implement changes or improvements

 

Offline Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Plan and coordinate in-person events, promotions, and vendor collaborations
  • Design and distribute print marketing materials and targeted mailers
  • Open new vendor accounts and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Execute creative campaigns to drive foot traffic and generate leads

 

Additional Duties:

  • Design and manage digital advertising campaigns
  • Track and analyze performance metrics across all marketing channels
  • Develop and send email campaigns using customer lists and segmentation
  • Promote monthly service specials and performance features in collaboration with the shop team
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and manage reputation platforms

 

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Skilled in operating various cameras and drones
  • Capable of producing and editing professional video content
  • Comfortable managing and updating business websites
  • Strong in communication and time management
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively

 

Compensation & Start Date

  • Weekly Salary: $800 – $1,300 (based on experience)
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
