Gemline® is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will partner with Regional Sales Managers to provide an exceptional customer experience for our customers.  This position will handle sales support in the respective territory and build customer relationships targeted to winning sales.  This position will report to the Inside Sales Supervisor.  If interested, please send your resume to: jaylward@gemline.com .

Responsibilities

  • Partner with an outside Regional Sales Manager to maximize sales for an assigned group of accounts
  • Handle inbound inquiries on Gemline products, decoration capabilities, marketing programs, pricing, inventory levels, escalations, and other client information needs, as they arise
  • Build strong customer relationships with a strong focus on providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Achieve expected volume of proactive customer contacts while managing inbound requests
  • Use Salesforce to manage your daily tasks, your team’s revenue pipeline and your overall client communication
  • Develop creative presentations and sales flyers for clients, as needed
  • Ideation for prospective orders
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and assignments through to completion
  • Occasional travel into territory for industry trade shows and customer events
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong organizational skills and proven track record of productivity and task completion
  • Proven track record of excellent phone/video skills with customers
  • Ability to generate original solutions to business opportunities and challenges
  • High School degree or equivalent; College preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of inside sales experience
  • MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
