We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Hospitality Sales Manager to join our team. This role is vital in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring our properties are top-of-mind for corporate and group travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for corporate, group, and leisure markets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value of our properties.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and events teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
