The Marketing Technician is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing strategies to promote Quest Workspaces. This position focuses on digital marketing and data analysis. The Marketing Technician works closely with the marketing team to enhance our online presence, manage digital content, and support various marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities        

  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (email, social media, website, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Enhance the Quest brand through all digital channels.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and help with keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance monitoring.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools to assist in media content creation, including video editing, image enhancement, and audio processing, improving the efficiency and quality of final outputs.
  • Leverage AI for media asset tagging, cataloging, and organizing content in a digital library, enabling faster content retrieval and automated workflows.
  • Support the management of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
  • Create Hubspot marketing blasts including database segmentation, list management, and automation tools.
  • Using Ranked.AI maintain and update the company’s website with new content, images, blog posts, and landing pages to ensure relevance and engagement.
  • Work with Graphic Designer in creating marketing materials, including graphics, flyers, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Monitor and report on content performance metrics to improve engagement and SEO.
  • Collect and analyze data from digital campaigns, website analytics, and social media platforms to provide actionable insights.
  • Track KPIs and create regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and audience behavior.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for branding improvements.
  • Coordinate with General Managers to assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional events.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables and tasks in alignment with timelines.
  • Monitor and manage marketing materials and assets to ensure they align with brand guidelines.
  • Implementing SEO best practices on the website to improve search engine rankings.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for special events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote Quest Workspaces.

                                  

Other Duties

  • Communicate marketing strategies with team members with regards to new media campaigns and updates.
  • Participates in special projects when needed.

                                  

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • In-depth understanding of AI tools and applications relevant to media production, including AI-powered video editing software, content recommendation algorithms, and media asset management systems.
  • Experience with AI-based image enhancement, upscaling, and deep learning technologies for improving media quality.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and graphic design and photo editing software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of basic web design.
