Position Overview:

Do you love direct response online marketing? The Director of Marketing reports to the company CEO and is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing online marketing strategy and achieving leads, sales, and revenue targets. The qualified candidate will have mastery in the strategy, implementing, creating, and optimizing 8 figure sales funnels in addition to leading a high-performance team in using innovative tools and technologies towards driving 1 million leads a year.

At an expert level, you can create and analyze organic and paid ads, funnels, and all offers throughout the buying lifecycle. 

Direct response marketing expertise is critical in this role as is: database management, optimization strategies, and effective sales copy.

Responsibilities:

  • Full management of customer acquisition and campaign performance through developing and implementing online sales funnels to achieve key business targets
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing/sales/revenue objectives, tactics and plans
  • Create the ascension model that takes our 3 million+ audience from follower to paying community members
  • Upgrade all marketing operational strategies and systems to create and manage a multimillion dollar budget
  • Oversee the development and management of highly focused automated direct response marketing/sales funnels
  • Prepare and oversee all marketing budgets while controlling costs
  • Evaluate and report all online advertising KPIs, metrics and ROI
  • Research, identify, and capitalize on market and brand awareness opportunities
  • Help evaluate and establish pricing strategies, and optimize product pricing and brand positioning
  • Lead the sales of our flagship event “Awaken Your Highest Self “ and create + execute the plan to grow its attendees from 500 to 5,000 per event.
  • Work closely with our sales team to provide them adequate qualified leads for our high-ticket mastermind “Inner Circle” 
  • Oversee our ad spend and ensure a successful 2x minimum ROAS 
  • Implement, and lead the use of, analytics tools for better customer
    segmentation/targeting
  • Work with product leadership to improve customer retention and lifetime value

Compensation:

$125,000 - $150,000/annual depending on your experience

Qualifications:

  • A highly skilled, internet marketing expert who is highly versed in Direct Response & Direct to Consumer Marketing, eCommerce, online lead generation, conversion-based analytics, effective landing pages, persuasion marketing, website/web pages implementation, funnels, and fully up to speed with the latest developments in the Internet/digital marketing space
  • C-Level or VP management experience. Skills include strategic and tactical planning,
    influencing others, building trust, and supporting aggressive organizational growth.
  • You have studied, implemented, and mastered techniques taught by the likes of Dan Kennedy and Russell Brunson (to name a few)
  • Experienced in managing or working with an ad manager, overseeing large budget ad campaigns across the major paid media platforms
  • Track record of building consumer-facing digital brands and running effective online marketing communications and product marketing programs
  • Proven ability to drive successful, ongoing lead generation programs
  • An authority on digital marketing strategy, who has leveraged products, services, and partnerships to achieve market creation, penetration, and protection strategies
  • A proven ability to drive the development and implementation of direct response marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of market data and technology to inform marketing strategy and tactics
  • Background in developing pricing and promotional strategies
  • A proven team builder and cultural fit, who strengthens the current team and grows it as strategy warrants
  • A proven ability to meet aggressive revenues goals, deadlines, and juggle multiple
    priorities
