Position Summary

 

This professional marketing position focuses on digital marketing. Providing hands-on experience, the position manages, creates, and monitors iStream’s social media activities, crafts engaging quarterly newsletters, and responds to online sales inquiries. This position is remote or onsite in Brookfield, WI.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Craft and curate compelling content for our social media channels and the quarterly newsletter, ensuring alignment with our brand’s voice and marketing goals
  • Create marketing campaigns for lead generation based on product-specific goals
  • Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to foster community engagement
  • Take charge of creating and distributing the quarterly newsletter from content creation and design to distribution and analysis of engagement metrics
  • Handle online sales inquiries efficiently, provide accurate information, and maintain a positive experience for potential customers
  • Manage and optimize website content for SEO Creation and dissemination of marketing collateral
  • Analyze and report on social media performance and newsletter engagement, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign success and user engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and implement best practices
  • Email marketing to continually enhance our strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to brainstorm and implement innovative social media and newsletter campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, web technologies, and experience with copywriting and content management systems.
  • Ability to conduct conversion optimization and interpret data using analytics tools like Google Analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and attention to detail for social media and newsletters.
  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a passion for digital marketing trends.
  • Experience with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Mailchimp) is advantageous.
  • Independent worker with strong multitasking skills and a collaborative attitude.
